Doom Slayer has apparently reached the point where guns alone aren’t personal enough. This Doom: The Dark Ages design trades some of the familiar sci-fi hardware for something considerably more medieval, loading him up with battered plate armor, leather straps, ammunition, chains, a massive fur-backed shield, and a polearm that looks perfectly capable of solving whatever problem the shield didn’t already hit. H3ll Creator gives the armor plenty of abuse with dents, scratches, torn material, exposed chainmail, scars, and layered plates rather than making the Slayer look like he just wandered out of the equipment menu. The base continues the subtle Doom tradition of decorating with whatever demon stopped moving most recently, planting him above a mangled creature surrounded by rock, teeth, tentacles, and other things you probably shouldn’t touch. Alternate unhelmeted portraits are included when you want the demons to actually see who’s ruining their day. At 1:8 scale, the complete display stands approximately 35.8 cm tall.
