Coen looks like the kind of guy who has had a spectacularly shitty week—and becoming a Dawnwalker probably wasn’t the relaxing change of pace he had in mind. Inspired by The Blood of Dawnwalker, this Neko Figurines sculpt captures Coen suspended against the remains of a crumbling Gothic structure, sword drawn across his body while broken stonework, creeping vegetation, stained-glass details, timber beams, and hanging rope build an unusually elaborate environment around him. His layered medieval armor is packed with different textures, from overlapping plates and chainmail to quilted fabric, leather straps, belts, and weathered cloth, giving painters plenty to work with before they even reach the scenery. The set also includes both the standard Coen portrait and an alternate vampire head, because apparently surviving 14th-century Europe wasn’t enough of a pain in the ass. At 34 pieces, this is a substantial display piece that leans heavily into the dark medieval atmosphere of The Blood of Dawnwalker rather than simply sticking Coen on a decorative base and calling it a day.
