Chii apparently heard “simple white dress” and decided that was nowhere near enough fabric. This custom-made Chii figure from Chobits surrounds her with an absurd amount of flowing hair, layered ruffles, ribbons, and enough tiny details to make a painter question several recent life choices. Chii floats at the center in her white dress with its oversized pink bow, delicate ankle ribbons, signature persocom ears, and enormous strands of hair curling around nearly the entire composition. Sumomo and Kotoko join the display above her, adding even more character to a piece that was clearly never interested in leaving empty space alone. The sweeping hair effectively becomes part of the display itself, wrapping around Chii and framing the layered dress while giving the whole figure a weightless, dreamy look straight out of Chobits. Cute? Absolutely. Simple? Not a fucking chance.
