The actual quality of the parts is great. My only gripe is i didnt know it was unpainted parts that i would have to paint myself. I ordered straight from the shop app which shows it painted in the pictures, but has no options to purchase it painted like the actual site does, nor anything saying it was unpainted.

I'm slowly working my way through the catalog and adding a clear “what you receive” image to every listing, along with a note to contact us directly if you’d like to upgrade to a painted version so we can bill the difference (this still applies even if you purchase through one of our retailers or the Shop app).
On Ju Fufu, the only painted-looking image is the zoomed-in digital render used as the initial thumbnail. All other images are parts lists, dimensions, and the gray statue photos that are linked to the actual product and its variants. Unfortunately the Shop app doesn’t always surface that distinction very well.
