EU & UK Right of Withdrawal

All products sold by Dungeon Master Minis are manufactured specifically for the customer after an order is placed. We do not maintain finished inventory of these products.

As a result, our products are generally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal and cooling-off provisions applicable to distance sales under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and similar UK consumer regulations, which exclude goods made to the consumer's specifications or otherwise manufactured to order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item will be manufactured specifically for you and may enter production shortly after purchase. Any cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our standard Cancellation & Refund Policy and are considered a courtesy where permitted. Customers do not acquire additional cancellation rights under the EU or UK cooling-off provisions for products covered by the made-to-order exemption.

This exemption applies to made-to-order 3D printed products, resized products, custom products, commissioned paint work, and other items manufactured specifically for an individual order.
