Custom design work starts at €50 for a 32 mm miniature. Larger pieces require more detail, which increases the cost — for example, a 1:6 scale statue can start around €600 for a single character, depending on size and complexity.

A €50 non-refundable deposit is required before quoting and goes toward your final total. This fee is paid directly to our European-based artist, and all payments are processed in euros, so final amounts may vary slightly based on your bank’s conversion rate.

Once your project details are received, we’ll send an initial estimate. After the artist completes your design, you’ll receive a final quote covering design, finishing, and shipping. A 50% deposit starts production, and the remaining balance is due before delivery.

Quotes usually take up to 48 hours, as our artist works overseas. Your quote will include both pricing and an estimated timeline for completion.

All designs are for personal use only — no reselling, sharing, or redistribution. Minor edits are free, while major revisions (like new poses or gear changes) are billed separately. We may also offer physical prints of the finished design.

We create collectibles, not functional or mechanical items. Fan art requests are reviewed case-by-case: if it’s fun, we’ll consider it; if it invites a lawsuit, we’ll politely decline.
