Commissioned Paintwork Agreement
You're about to spend real money on something that won't pay your rent, but will absolutely earn its place on your shelf — and we take that seriously. This agreement exists so expectations are clear, timelines are respected, and nobody ends up two weeks in, staring down a 2–3 month queue, convinced they're the chosen one who gets to skip the line. Didn't read it? Skipped to the cart? Still counts. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in full — no exceptions, no loopholes. We made it stand out on the product page for a reason.
- Lead Times: Painted orders are completed in the order received, with 2–3 commissions crossing the finish line each week. Your order number is your place in the queue — track it on the live commission calendar, and if the calendar's packed, timelines stretch accordingly. We're human, and occasionally things slip through the cracks, so if you don't see your order on the calendar within a week of placing it, reach out and we'll get it sorted. Patience is the key; this is handcrafted, made-for-you artwork, not a drive-through window. Rushing doesn't move the queue — it just means your order is the one wearing the sloppy results, not the people ahead of you. The calendar is the word of law.
- No Refunds: Every piece is custom-made to order, which means no refunds and no returns. Once your model starts printing, it’s locked in—no take-backs, no “oops, I changed my mind.” You will receive a notification when printing begins. If that notification goes to spam, or if you did not provide an email address at checkout, it is your responsibility to contact us to add one. Missing or unread notifications are not grounds for cancellation.
- Painting Instructions: You can email us up until painting begins with your color preferences or references. Once brushes hit primer, it’s game over—no changes, no touch-ups, no regrets.
If you don’t provide any instructions, don’t worry—we’ll pick colors that fit the model’s vibe and character. - Approval Process: Once your piece is complete, we'll email final photos for your review. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we ship — no exceptions. Your shelf isn't in 4K, so don't spiral over tiny specks you'd never notice in real life. A valid email must be registered with your order or you'll miss notifications — that's on you, not us.
- Damage & Repairs: We pack with bubble wrap and paranoia, but if the postal gremlins strike, file a claim with the carrier. If it’s repairable, we’ll help—just know you cover shipping both ways.
- Speak Up Early: If something looks off in preview pics, tell us before it ships. We can tweak mid-process, but once it’s mailed, it’s final.
- Commission Availability: Commission requests are subject to review and approval. We may close commission scheduling at any time based on workload or capacity. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission order at our discretion and issue a full refund, regardless of production status. A minimum dollar amount may be required for commission work, no matter how small the item is. Orders that do not meet that minimum may be canceled and refunded.
