LEAD TIMES

  • Please allow 10 business days to process your order.
  • Large orders or painted miniatures may take up to 4 weeks to fulfill.
  • We typically ship within 10 business days. An automated email with tracking information will be sent to the customer when the item is packed for shipping. Painted orders will receive proofs and a final proof prior to shipping.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Free domestic shipping on orders over $35.00! 
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Free international shipping on orders over $150.00 USD, taxes and vat are not included.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
